HHH is a new series on Carpaccio Cathedrale coming from a residency originally called Hitchhiker, which was created by the Encastrable collective.
This release is a re-edition of the first residency made in 2016.

The purpose is simple: go on a road trip with an artist to produce music in a car, a van or a camping car.
Each artist is invited to make field recordings of their environment in order to create tracks. For this one, the trip was made in one night between Strasbourg and Karlsruhe during which we went to the bridge of Europe and many motorway areas between France and Germany.

The #1 edition’s guest artist is Joachim Montessuis who runs the label @erratum_musical. He also is a visual artist and performer of noise music and sound poetry. Joachim teaches at HEAR in Strasbourg and organized in 2015 a huge seminar/festival on trance.
